Forest products
Since our inception, we have been one of the leading companies in the logistics of forestry products, timber, paper and derivatives. Due to their shape, weight and dimensions, paper reels require special handling for storage and distribution. At Stock Logistic, we have warehouses staffed by specialist personnel and equipped with specialised machinery for handling bales and paper reels. As well as managing all documentation relating to certificates of origin and transport documents, we organise the transport of forestry products in full compliance with the sector’s stringent regulations.
Stock Logistic holds FSC chain-of-custody certification, which helps to ensure the traceability of products throughout the entire supply chain and supports forest management that is environmentally sound, socially beneficial and economically viable.
Wine
We have developed a specialist service for the transport of wine, grape must and spirits. Whether you are shipping bottled wine or spirits, we will advise you on packaging and transport safety to ensure your product reaches its destination without any issues. When the consignment is shipped to countries where it may be exposed to sudden changes in temperature, we implement control, prevention and monitoring measures to minimise any negative impact on the quality of your product. Stock Logistic has flexible tanks with an efficient safety system for the transport of grape must, wine or spirits which, as they are fitted inside standard containers, offer considerable cost savings. These are single-use flexitanks with a capacity ranging from 16,000 to 24,000 litres, ensuring that the goods do not mix with any product previously transported.
At Stock Logistic, we are able to transport industrial or agricultural machinery simply and safely. As this cargo generally exceeds the standard size of a shipping container in terms of weight or volume, we take care of organising its transport by finding the solution that best suits its characteristics. We have all types of containers suitable for large volumes: flat rack, open top, open side… as well as the option to load heavy or bulky vehicles such as cranes, tractors, tippers or forklift trucks directly into the ship’s hold using the Ro-Ro system.
We coordinate the transport of complete industrial projects, such as factories, wind turbines, solar power plants and railway facilities, creating a bespoke solution that combines different modes of transport.
Perishable goods
We offer bespoke solutions for the transport of food and perishable goods. We manage the international transport of refrigerated goods using reefer shipping containers, ensuring optimal control of the cold chain at all times. Our specialist staff will guide you through the process of loading agri-food products in a controlled atmosphere. We also advise you on the requirements for phytosanitary treatments depending on the country of destination. Furthermore, we have cold stores located throughout the Iberian Peninsula for the storage of goods at three different temperatures: ambient, chilled and frozen.
Ceramics and Construction Sector
Ceramics are a material with very specific transport requirements due to their extreme fragility; the packaging and arrangement of the goods are crucial to preventing damage to the product. With years of experience working with leading companies in the ceramics sector, at Stock Logistic we understand the specific requirements for transporting tiles, building materials and related products. We organise shipments using specialised crates for the transport of floor and wall tiles and flat ceramic pieces in general. We have lorries with open trailers that facilitate side-loading, as well as containers and ships adapted for bulk cargo, clay, aggregates and unprocessed raw materials.
Automotive
We develop comprehensive logistics plans for the automotive sector, specialising in the large-scale intermodal transport of vehicles by rail, road or Ro-Ro shipping. We also offer vehicle transport services, starting from a single unit, either inside shipping containers or via the Ro-Ro method, and we take care of all the necessary paperwork. We provide solutions for any urgent shipping requirements via air freight for spare parts, components and industrial prototypes.
Mueble
Due to its specific characteristics, logistics for the furniture sector requires particular care, starting with packing, packaging and palletising. These goods vary greatly in size, often combine different materials, and cannot always be palletised using standard equipment. Our staff will advise you on the most appropriate way to prepare your consignments of particularly fragile decorative items such as glass, lamps, ceramics and designer furniture. With regard to raw materials, we are one of the leading companies in the transport of forestry products and are familiar with all the necessary procedures and permits for importing timber, whether it be hardwood, exotic or common varieties.
